PSG chief Patrick Kluivert is in contact with Alexis Sanchez's camp.

Kluivert has made it no secret they're in the market for a new striker signing and Arsenal ace Alexis tops his shopping list.

Indeed, Canal Football Club says contrary to claims that manager Arsene Wenger's delays over committing to a new deal is influencing Alexis' similar stand, it is Kluivert's interest which has seen the Chilean pull back.

PSG would have no problem meeting Alexis' £220,000-a-week demands and can offer him assurances of being competitive in the Champions League.

A deal this month is unlikely, however, Kluivert is sure to make an attempt for Alexis this summer as he enters the final 12 months of his current contract.
