PSG are preparing a bid for Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris this summer.
The Daily Express says PSG believe they could persuade Spurs to part with Lloris for as little as £16.5m.
The Paris club have plenty of reason for optimism that a move can be pulled off in the summer.
Lloris recently opened the door to a departure if Spurs fail to qualify for Europe's premier competition, saying: "The objective is to reach the Champions League. After that, it's to close the gap on the biggest teams in the league.
"Without Champions League football? I've not thought about it. I must weigh things up at the end of the season."
