Barca made fresh attempts to sign the Brazilian over the summer, but he is now fed up with the saga.
"In life you have to make decisions. I decided to leave Milan for Paris. That same day, I could have signed for Barcelona, but I chose PSG. And this year I was not going to change my mind. I gave my word and I want to respect it," he told Le Figaro.
"I have always had the right attitude with the club leaders and they have always treated me well.
"Barca survived without Thiago Silva until today, and Thiago Silva survived without Barca. That's all I have to say. I am very happy in Paris. And I hope not to have to talk about FC Barcelona in the future!"
