Thiago Silva denies he wants to leave PSG for Barcelona.

The defender and his camp insist that no discussions have been held with Barca and that there is no desire to bring an end to a French adventure after just one year at Parc des Princes.

A statement released on Thursday read: "Thiago Silva and his agent Paulo Tonietto deny any agreement regarding a transfer to Barcelona, as had been published by Spanish newspaper Sport.

"Besides, we reaffirm that no meeting or agreement with the Catalan club took place, and that the player is under contract with PSG."
