Sunderland boss Roy Keane is moving for PSG defender Jean-Yves Mvoto.
Mvoto was expected to make an impact on the first-team picture at the Parc Des Princes this season, but he failed to make an impression on Paul Le Guen's squad.
PSG will get around £300,000 from Sunderland as way of compensation for Mvoto, as well as a sell-on clause.
Sunderland boss Roy Keane is looking across the continent to bolster his squad and Mvoto is set to be confirmed as his latest signing after undergoing a medical on Wearside.
Mvoto will offer Keane some extra options in defence as he can play left-back or centre-half.
