PSG coach Ancelotti: We'll try again for AC Milan's Pato in June

PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti remains hopeful of signing AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato. Milan accepted a bid from PSG last week, only for Pato to reject the move.

Former Chelsea boss Ancelotti said: "He was booed (in the derby) because the team failed to win. He must do better and has every chance to do so, is a great part of Milan and must be safeguarded.

"As in every great team there is so much competition, but he must be able to handle these pressures despite his young age. The coach has to give his support to the player but must make his own choices.

"I had a chance to take him, then he decided to stay at Milan, as was the case for David Beckham (and LA Galaxy).

"For June? I do not think his decision is final. You don't know if he'll change his ideas."
