PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed interest in Pescara midfielder Marco Verratti.

PSG are launching a €12 million bid for the youngster.

"At Paris, we need experienced players mixed with talented youngsters," the former Milan and Juventus tactician stated.

"That is the reason why we are negotiating for Verratti. He is one of the best talents in the Italian game and could be the future of this club."
