PSG management accept they'll have to pull back from January plans to sign Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho.

PSG have spent several weeks exploring the prospect of buying Coutinho in January, despite the midfielder being Cup-tied from the Champions League.

However, Le 10 Sport says the French giants are now having a rethink due to Financial Fair Play pressure.

PSG, after their world record €222m deal for Neymar, must make two major sales in January if they're to be clear to make a major signing in the Coutinho mould.

And there's concerns inside the PSG boardroom they won't be able to find the necessary buyers to help with their Coutinho plans.
