PSG chief Leonardo has hopes over Inter Milan's Motta

PSG chief Leonardo is hopeful of signing Inter Milan midfielder Thiago Motta.

The Brazilian midfielder who plays his international football for Italy has hinted many times over the past few days that he would like a January transfer to Paris.

"We like Thiago Motta," Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo told RTL radio.

"We are evaluating the situation, but the Nerazzurri want to keep him and for a few days we have to wait, because we cannot close the deal unless Inter give the all-clear."
