PSG chief Kluivert challenges Chelsea, Man Utd for Bernardo Silva

PSG chief Patrick Kluivert is challenging Premier League clubs for AS Monaco midfielder Bernardo Silva.

Chelsea have opened talks with Monaco for Silva, who is also interesting Manchester United.

ASM are demanding at least £70 million to sell the Portugal international.

Kluivert aims to keep Silva in Ligue 1 and has the backing of PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi ahead of the summer market.

The midfield schemer is preparing to face Manchester City in the Champions League this week.
