PSG are chasing Tottenham midfielder Giovani dos Santos.
The French club's president Charles Villeneuve reportedly worked on a deal to sign the Mexico international during a visit to England at the weekend.
Villeneuve also watched Arsenal's 1-0 victory over Bolton in north London on Saturday, according to Le Parisien newspaper.
Dos Santos has started just three games since signing from Barcelona for an initial £4.7million at the start of the season.
He has been troubled by injuries but it also seems that the Barclays Premier League club are willing to listen to offers for the 19-year-old.
Mexican teams Chivas and America are also interested in him.
