Paris Saint-Germain manager Laurent Blanc has implored youngster Adrien Rabiot to stay with the club.
Rabiot has started 10 times in Ligue 1 for 23 appearances in France's top flight this season which has placed question marks on his future, especially seeing as PSG are showing interest in Juventus ace Paul Pogba.
Rabiot was reportedly attracting the interest of both Arsenal and Tottenham earlier this campaign but from comments made by Blanc, the talented midfielder is wanted by the Parisians for next season and beyond.
"I esteem for this boy," Blanc is quoted by Foot Mercato speaking at a media conference this week.
"Actually he is young, he has a big potential, he proved this season that he could hope to have more than a little playing time if not injured.
"Unfortunately, there has been the recruitment of Cabaye, (which was) necessary I think.
"He is 19 years old, he is eager to play, I can understand but do not forget that it is a great club and in life sometimes you have to be patient. It is easy to say, sometimes more difficult to understand.
"I hope he will stay at PSG."
He enjoyed a loan spell with Toulouse in 2013 before returning to Parc des Princes where he has been given more opportunities by Blanc in 2013/14.
