Paris Saint-Germain have agreed to sell Yohan Cabaye to Crystal Palace.
According to The Guardian, Palace have reached an agreement with French champions PSG over the transfer of midfielder Cabaye.
It is believed that a club-record fee of £12.5million, including add-ons, will be paid by the Eagles if the France international decides to move to south London.
29-year old Cabaye, who worked with Palace boss Alan Pardew at Newcastle United, wants to be assured that the Selhurst Park club are ambitious in the transfer market ahead of the 2015/16 Premier League season before making a decision.
