Preston North End are closing in on the signing of Motherwell's Chris Humphrey.

It is believed that the Jamaican winger, who is out of contract this summer, will join the Lilywhites on a three-year deal very soon.

Humphrey has been linked with Rangers and a few Championship clubs but it appears as though Simon Grayson's League One Preston will win the race for his services.
