Bolton Wanderers and Stoke City target Adam Barton has been priced at £5million by Preston North End.
The 19-year old attacking midfielder has become a sensation since joining PNE after being released by Blackburn's youth academy back in 2006.
Preston chairman Maurice Lindsay plans to get all he can when he sells Barton, who turned down the opportunity to play for Northern Ireland because he wants to represent England.
Reports suggest that both Bolton and Stoke have made enquiries to Preston manager Darren Ferguson in regards to the promising midfielder.
