Preston North End fullback Billy Jones is a target for Everton.

Jones, 24, has shone despite Preston enduring a woeful campaign that resulted in the club dropping into League One after defeat by Cardiff on Monday.
North End boss Phil Brown would love to keep him on the books but Jones is looking to move up the leagues rather than down.
