Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic says winning this season’s English title has taken some pressure of them for the Champions League final.

The Red Devils take on Catalan giants Barcelona in tomorrow night’s European decider at Wembley Stadium and the Serbian centre-half insists that the players are relaxed but focused ahead of the big challenge after taking out the Premiership this season.

"In the end, if you finish the season without a trophy you're not really satisfied as the captain," said Vidic.

"It was lucky this year we won the Premier League and we can focus now on this big game that's coming on Saturday.

"We're doing the stuff that we do as usual. It's more about being ready mentally and physically.

"We've played so many games this year, (but) we're all fit and we're just trying to prepare ourselves for the big game."
