Diego Forlan, whilst happy with Atletico Madrid, admits a big money offer could tempt him to return to the Premiership. The Uruguay international spent three years with Manchester United between 2001 and 2004, before going on to take in successful spells with Villarreal and Atletico Madrid.
The 31 year old is prepared to listen to offers but insists he has no desire to leave Atletico, where he has spent the last four years, but appreciates that a big-money approach could be enough to force through a sale.
"I have two years left on my contract at Atletico Madrid and I am really happy there, but you never know in football," Forlan told Sky Sports following Uruguay's 3-2 friendly victory over Republic of Ireland on Tuesday.
"If there was a nice offer, for the team and for me, then you have to see. You have to see if it is good enough."
