AZ Alkmaar winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh is ready to make the "big step" to England.

The 23 year-old has spoken openly about using AZ as a stepping stone to a bigger competition.

The Daily Mail says Watford, Bournemouth and Burnley are all keen and prepared to offer around €10-11 million to land Jahanbakhsh.

Earlier this season, the midfielder admitted: "Every player wants to play for the biggest clubs in the world, but I'm happy now. I need to work hard to improve and then I wait for a big step."

Jahanbakhsh is tied to AZ until 2020.
