Stoke City have pushed up to seventh on the Premier League table with a 2-0 home win over Fulham today.

Fulham were close to taking the lead in the 78th minute when John Arne Riise's fiercely struck shot hit the crossbar but the Southwest Londoners eventually caved in to endure their third loss of the campaign which puts them 12th on the table.
