The Oranje struck first through Arsenal's Robin van Persie who fired home in the 13th minute before Gergely Rudolf leveled in the first minute of the second half.
Hungary then went 2-1 ahead when unsettled Fulham midfielder Zoltan Gera slotted in the 50th minute but the home side were soon back on track thanks to Wesley Sneijder's goal on the hour-mark.

But enter Kuyt, who has been on a solid goalscoring run in recent times, and made it 4-3 in the 78th minute with a strong finish before wrapping up proceedings with just over ten minutes remaining with a superb shot from the edge of the area.
