Premier League new boys Bournemouth and Watford are in pursuit of former Manchester City midfielder Abdisalam Ibrahim reports the Daily Star.

Somalia-born Norway international Ibrahim, 24, is currently contracted to Olympiakos but has been tipped to leave Greece this summer and the Cherries and Hornets are believed to be circling.

The powerful midfielder, once described as the new Patrick Vieira, spent time on loan at Scunthorpe United, Dutch club NEC Nijmegen and Norwegian club Stromsgodset during his seven-year stay at City.
