Premier League clubs to vote on financial controls today

Premier League clubs are wavering over their commitment to new Financial Fair Play regulations.

The Daily Mail says the Premier League still need a two-thirds majority for the fine details of the wage restraints and cap on losses - accepted at the last meeting by the narrowest of margins - to be added to the rulebook.

Reading, QPR and Swansea are understood to be undecided at this late stage. That is on top of the five staunch opponents in Manchester City, West Brom, Southampton, Aston Villa and Fulham.
