A number of Premier League clubs are showing considerable interest in Lazio striker Mauro Zarate according to Sky Sports.
The 25-year old, who enjoyed a loan stint with Birmingham City in 2008, is deemed surplus to requirements at Lazio who are keen to move him on.
Clubs such as Liverpool, Stoke City, Southampton and Sunderland are believed to be keen on the Argentine who was also sent on loan to Inter Milan in 2011/12.
