Premier League-bound Leicester eyeing Celtic's Commons

Leicester City are believed to be showing significant interest in Celtic star Kris Commons.

The 30-year old attacking midfielder has scored 23 goals in the Scottish Premiership for 27 in all competitions this season which has alerted the Premier League-bound Foxes.

The Daily Star suggests that Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is a huge fan of Commons who is reportedly pondering a return to England.

Commons has previously played with Stoke City and Nottingham Forest before joining the Hoops from Derby County in 2011 and could quite possibly head back to his country of birth as Leicester prepare for the 2014/15 season in the Premier League.
