Bolton made the most of an under par West Ham with a comfortable 3-0 win over the Hammers at the Reebok Stadium. West Ham paid the price for a dismal first half and remain in the bottom three whilst Bolton will be in good heart for their FA Cup semi-final next weekend.
Chung Yong Lee scored his first goal since September to open proceedings followed by a Daniel Sturridge effort to send the home side in at the interval two goals to the good in a one-sided first-half.
The Hammers improved after the break but any thoughts of a revival were quickly dispelled as Sturridge took advantage of a retreating visitor's defence to shoot home.
