Cesare Prandelli has turned on his players after their scratchy 2-1 victory over Catania.
The result leaves Fiorentina in fourth-place, but Prandelli was far from happy after the win: "We had problems right away and tried to play the ball to feet, but that gave Catania the opportunity to put us under pressure.
"We have been working together for three years and would like to see improvements. Either I'm not explaining myself very well or someone is doing things they shouldn't, but it is time to take responsibility. This game was going in a dangerous direction and we should have been able to change approach."
