Italy coach Cesare Prandelli has told frozen out Sampdoria striker Antonio Cassano he is waiting for him.

Cassano was the focus of the new Azzurri squad, but as he is not playing due to a contract dispute with Sampdoria, he won't be called for international duty.

"I do not have any particular advice for Cassano. I only say that I'm waiting for him soon," commented Prandelli.
