Prandelli keen for Maldini, Cannavaro to join Italy staff

Italy coach Cesare Prandelli is open to adding recently retired AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini to his staff.

Prandelli would also welcome former Juventus and Italy captain Fabio Cannavaro.

"A person like Maldini would bring experience, personality and professionalism,” Prandelli said

“Champions like him, but also Fabio Cannavaro, gave Italy not only victories but a winning image. He is a symbol of Italy around the world."
