Italy coach Cesare Prandelli admits the nation's football has a racism problem.

AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has warned he'll walk off the pitch if he's subject to racist taunts in the future.

"It is a general problem in Italian football," Prandelli told a Press conference. "To be a credible footballing nation, we must not tolerate it any more.

"It starts with a 'boo' but then you do not know where it will go.

"It is a long path, but you have to make it clear to everyone in the crowd that they have to behave."
