Alejandro Pozuelo has departed Swansea City to join Rayo Vallecano.
The 22-year old Spanish attacking midfielder has returned to his homeland after just one season in the English Premier League where he made 22 appearances for the Welsh club.
Pozuelo has joined Rayo for an undisclosed fee after making a total of 36 appearances for Swansea following his three-year move from Real Betis last summer.
Seville-born Pozuelo makes way at the Liberty Stadium after the Swans signed the likes of Ecuadorian winger Jefferson Montero, Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson, French striker Bafetimbi Gomis and Dutch forward Marvin Emnes.
