Sunderland boss Gus Poyet says their FA Cup tie at Bradford City has nothing to do with football.

Poyet will abandon his favoured passing game and go direct to overcome the Bantams.

"We're not going to be able to play football," he insisted.

Poyet added: "When luck becomes so much part of the game, all I'm looking for is a result. I've told the players that this is a unique game, because we won't play another one like this again this season.

"We're looking for a result and we're looking to be in the next round - somehow. You can be expecting the ball to bounce naturally and it could go anywhere on this pitch."
