Nick Powell struck both goals for Manchester United U21 in victory over West Ham United.

The Reds made the perfect start when Larnell Cole fed Marnick Vermijl on the right and the full-back cut inside to shoot with his left foot. When Raphael Siegel could only push the ball out, Powell pounced to tuck home the rebound.

After the break, Powell won a challenge with the keeper and, despite the angle looking a little difficult, he confidently blasted into the unguarded net with his left foot to claim his fifth goal of the season at this level.
