Leicester City are pushing on with a £15million move for RacingGenk midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.
Sky Sports says the Foxes are hoping to tie up the deal in the next few days before the 20-year-old joins the East Midlands club early in the January window.
However, the Nigerian international is yet to obtain a UK working permit that would allow him to finalise the move to England.
It is understood that all other details of the transfer are complete but the visa remains the final piece of the puzzle.
Some of Ndidi's teammates at Genk have already wished him well on his move to Leicester which indicates that the deal is close to being sorted.
