Rodrigo Possebon is leaving Manchester United to return home to Brazil.

The Daily Mail says the 21-year-old midfielder has signed a four-year contract with the Sao Paulo state champions after failing to make the grade at Old Trafford.

Possebon had been tipped for a loan move to Rangers, but preferred to go back to Brazil, where he came to prominence with Internacional before joining United two years ago.

"It was a great experience in Europe, but now I want to adapt again as quickly as possible," he said.
