Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was quickly looking ahead to next week's derby with neighbours Manchester City after Monday's FA Cup loss.
United were beaten 1-0 by Chelsea in the quarter-final replay at Stamford Bridge but Ferguson already had his sights set on next Monday's Premier League clash with City which could put his Red Devils 18 points clear and in an almost unassailable lead for the title.
"We must kick on," said Ferguson.
"We're disappointed and the players are down, but we need to forget this and look forward to the game with City.
"A positive result for us next Monday will just about seal the title."
