Portuguesa striker Diogo Luis Santos is being tracked by Palermo.

Palermo sports chief Rino Foschi watched Diogo in action in the Brazilian Second Division a month ago and could make a bid for the 20 year-old in January.

Portuguesa will sell, but only to a European club, and are seeking £7 million for Diogo, who has scored 16 goals so far this season.
