Off contract Portsmouth fullback Djimi Traore could snub a move to Birmingham City for Monaco.

"I am in Monaco, that is true, however I can't say anything about a transfer," Traore told skysports.com.

"I will return to France this summer, I am 29 years old and I need to be playing regularly.

"I had a decent time away from France and won some trophies, with the highlight being winning the Champions League with Liverpool (in 2005)."
