Portsmouth defender Linvoy Primus says their preseason tour of Nigeria will be an unforgettable experience.
"I went to Nigeria six years back and it was an experience I will never forget," said Primus, who this week announced his latest initiative, Pedal for Primus, to raise funds for charity.
"It's natural, calm and peaceful - and it had an impact on me. It's not manufactured as a lot of other places are. It hasn't been affected.
"So I'm looking forward to going back to the country. The one thing I won't be doing is drinking the water.
"I avoided it the last time I was out there and stuck to bottled water. But on the last day I had a cup of coffee. When I came back I started to feel terrible.
"I ended up in bed for days with a really bad stomach and cold sweats. I had everything you could think of then and was really bad, so I've learned my lesson."
