Portsmouth's Pamarot: No-one taking mick now

Noe Pamarot has been reflecting on his 30-yard screamer for Portsmouth in the 4-1 rout of Newcastle United on Saturday.

He said: "I have scored one like that in training but the rest of the players took the mickey out of me and said I could never do it in a game - but I did."

Pamarot, surprisingly preferred to Matt Taylor as a left-back deputy for the injured Hermann Hreidarsson, added: "The manager told me to wait outside the area and do that.

"And Sylvain Distin was laughing at me, right in front of Harry (Redknapp)."
