Proposed new Portsmouth owner Sulaiman Al Fahim plans to move the South coast club to a brand new 50,000-seater stadium. Al Fahim told Arabian Business Magazine that he proposes increasing current stadium Fratton Park's capacity to 30,000 before eventually moving to a brand new stadium.
