Portsmouth striker Nwankwo Kanu says winning the FA Cup this season would be bigger than what he achieved with Arsenal.

He insists: "I would say, yes it would, because nobody thought we were going to get this far. For us (Portsmouth) to be in the semi-finals is a great thing.

"We are not going to get carried away. We want to make sure we get to the final and win it. That would be so good for the players and the fans and would attract more quality players to Portsmouth.

"Last season we were ninth in the Premier League and then a lot of (quality) players came in. If we can achieve European football even more players will come."
