Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis has hit out at today's opponents Tottenham over their treatment of Martin Jol.
But while Davis admits he didn't get on with Jol, he was shocked to see the way he was sacked in order to bring in Juande Ramos from Sevilla.
He said: "They have a new guy in now and I just hope they treat him with more respect than they did Martin Jol.
"Despite my situation when I was at the club, I thought Martin was a great coach and got the best out of the players. I have no hard feelings towards him.
"I thought it was very harsh when they gave him the sack, even though he didn't give me a chance."
