Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch has taken a swipe at Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp.
Crouch, who scored in Sunday's 3-2 win over Blackburn, said: "Training has been really sharp ever since Tony (Adams) took over.
"Under him we can continually improve throughout the season.
"The new manager has brought in his own ideas and they're different to Harry's. Training is quite structured now."
Crouch, 27, headed the opener against Rovers but the 6ft 7in striker insists he is no one-trick pony.
The England ace said: "I love volleying, I have done ever since I was a kid.
"People say 'you can whack a ball up to him but that's it'. I like to think I've changed a lot of people's opinions of me."
