Portsmouth defender Sol Campbell has hit out at those who want to pension off players too soon.

Campbell said: "I think people have got to realise ... if you keep yourself fit and you do things properly you can have a long career. Back in the day, people weren't looking after their bodies, and I think people outside certain football clubs have got to realise that times change and players do look after themselves better."
