Portsmouth winger Quincy hoping to put himself in Premiership shop window

Quincy Owusu-Abeyie admits he could be playing for a Premiership contract in the remaining weeks with Portsmouth.

On-loan from Spartak Moscow, former Arsenal winger Quincy has hopes of relocating permanently in England.

He told The News: "We know what we do ourselves, we know what's happening off the pitch, we know about the nine points, we have just got to still go and try to win as many as we can.

"Even if you do get relegated, you show everyone in the Premier League you can still play good football and then you get relegated because the nine points were taken away.

"And that's what we are trying to do."
