Portsmouth win the lot ahead of Wembley final

Portsmouth have won the toss for colours, dressing rooms and choice of end at Wembley for the FA Cup final against Cardiff on May 17.

They will be receiving just under 25,000 tickets for their first final in 69 years and announcing their sales plans next week.

And the Premier League side will appear in their traditional blue, as in the semi-final against West Brom, while the Bluebirds of Cardiff will turn out in the same predominantly black strip they wore against Barnsley on Sunday.

Portsmouth chief executive Peter Storrie called it correctly at Football Association headquarters and his club have also been allocated the same east end of Wembley their fans occupied for the semi-final.

Cardiff's supporters have been moved to the west end. And Harry Redknapp's team will again come from the same east dressing room as for the Albion clash.
