Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Tranquillo Barnetta is a target for Portsmouth boss Tony Adams.
Leverkusen star Barnetta, 23, who has also attracted interest from West Ham, was part of Switzerland's 2006 World Cup squad and scored in their group win over Togo.
