Portsmouth are chasing Cardiff City striker Ross McCormack.

The Guardian says Portsmouth are interested in a deal to take the 22-year-old Scotland striker from Cardiff City to replace Peter Crouch, who was sold to Tottenham Hotspur for £9m, but the Bluebirds' £5m valuation could prove a stumbling block.

Hull City are also chasing McCormack.
