Skysports.com reports that Portsmouth have won the race for Queens Park Rangers' highly-rated goalkeeper Liam O'Brien.
The 16-year-old has been chased by a string of Premier League clubs, but has opted for a move to Fratton Park.
In recent weeks, O'Brien has been on trial at Arsenal and Manchester United, in addition to training with Pompey.
O'Brien has accepted a deal until the end of the season and will sign a three-year professional contract when he turns 17.
Portsmouth have paid an undisclosed sum to QPR in order to secure the signature of the coveted keeper.
